The Image Colleague Society, International was founded by Tony Le Kim Thuanin August 19, 1985 in Tustin California United States is a non profit organization serving as an umbrella connection with passionate photographersassociated worldwide and whose are interested photography as an universal language of Lumiere-light arts and sciences through cross-culture international exhibitions and photography educational in order to reinforce best quality global photography and promote new generation photography the love, the peace and the friendship; also open heart for mission to the poor.
Mostly for the children when where ICS’ers go to photograph at various destination.

All considerations of political, racial, sex, religious nature, geography and ideological are excluded from the activities of ICS International.
